If you change your mind, you may return your item (s) within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

• The item must be unused and in its original condition

• It must be returned in protective packaging

Please note: Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or faulty.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may ask for a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly — either with a replacement or a full refund.

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

2. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

3. Once we receive the item, your refund will be processed within 5 working days.
